  • Accept financial responsibility for no-shows and violations

  • Use the platform only for legitimate nightlife experiences

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not create an account or use our services. Your continued use of Wildin constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any updates.

Important Service Limitations

Wildin facilitates connections and bookings but does not guarantee outcomes, compatibility, or venue availability. We are not responsible for user behavior, venue quality, or external circumstances affecting your experience.

3. User Eligibility & Verification

Wildin maintains strict eligibility requirements to ensure user safety and platform integrity:

Eligibility Requirements

  • Age: Must be 18+ years old (21+ for venues serving alcohol)
  • Identity: Valid government-issued photo ID required
  • Payment: Active credit card or debit card for verification
  • Location: Must be in supported geographic regions
  • Legal Status: Not prohibited from using the service by law

Verification Process: All users must complete our multi-step verification including ID scan, facial recognition, payment method confirmation, and phone verification. This process typically takes 15-30 minutes.

Ongoing Verification: We may require re-verification at any time to maintain account security and platform integrity.

Prohibited Users

Individuals with previous platform violations, those unable to verify identity, users with invalid payment methods, or those prohibited by venue policies cannot use Wildin.

4. Account Registration

Creating a Wildin account requires providing accurate, complete information and maintaining account security:

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

One Account Policy: Each user may maintain only one active account. Multiple accounts may result in suspension of all associated accounts.

Account Accuracy: You must keep your account information current and accurate. Providing false information may result in account termination.

Account Sharing: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or allowing others to use your account is prohibited.

5. User Conduct & Community Standards

Wildin maintains high community standards to ensure positive experiences for all users:

  • Attempting to circumvent verification

Communication Standards

  • Keep conversations focused on planning
  • No explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Respect privacy and personal boundaries
  • Report concerning behavior immediately
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions

Venue Etiquette

  • Arrive on time for reservations
  • Follow venue dress codes and policies
  • Treat venue staff respectfully
  • Honor minimum spending requirements
  • Use QR check-in system properly

Violation Consequences

Community standard violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, forfeiture of deposits, or legal action. Severe violations (harassment, threats, illegal activity) result in immediate account termination.

6. Booking Policies & Payments

Our booking system ensures reliable reservations through clear policies and financial commitments:

Payment Structure

  • Booking Fee: $0.99 per reservation (non-refundable)
  • Venue Deposits: $25-$100 depending on venue tier and party size
  • Group Coordination: Automatic cost splitting for group bookings
  • Monthly Credits: $5 credit for active users each month

Booking Process: When you match and confirm plans, we automatically reserve tables at partner venues. Deposits are charged immediately to secure reservations.

Modification Policy: Bookings can be modified up to 4 hours before reservation time. One free reschedule permitted per booking.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 4+ hours in advance receive full deposit refund minus booking fee. Later cancellations forfeit deposits.

Group Bookings: Group organizers are responsible for coordinating payments and ensuring all participants meet venue requirements. Women typically enter clubs without deposits.

Financial Responsibility

You are financially responsible for all charges associated with your bookings, including deposits, penalties, and any venue-specific requirements. Disputes must be reported within 24 hours of the event.

7. No-Show Penalties & Deposits

Our penalty system protects venues and ensures reliable experiences for all users:

  • Casual Venues: $50 penalty
  • Premium Venues: $75 penalty
  • Exclusive Venues: $100 penalty
  • Group No-Shows: Per-person penalties apply

Late Arrival Policy

  • 15+ minutes late: Warning issued
  • 30+ minutes late: Partial penalty ($25-$50)
  • 45+ minutes late: Full no-show penalty
  • Table release: After 30 minutes

Penalty Protections

  • Emergency Situations: Medical or safety emergencies
  • Venue Issues: Venue cancellations or closures
  • Technical Problems: App or system failures
  • Documented Issues: Must report within 2 hours

Reputation Impact

  • No-show rating: Affects matching priority
  • Multiple violations: Account restrictions

Check-In Requirements

QR code check-in at venues is required to avoid no-show penalties. Both parties must scan within 15 minutes of reservation time. Check-in unlocks full chat features and confirms attendance.

8. Intellectual Property

Wildin and its content are protected by intellectual property laws:

  • Wildin branding, logos, and trademarks
  • Venue partnership network and data
  • All platform content and materials

User Content: You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, messages, reviews) but grant Wildin a license to use, display, and distribute this content within the platform.

Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Wildin's content without explicit permission.

User Feedback: Suggestions, feedback, or ideas you provide may be used by Wildin without compensation or attribution.

Third-Party Content: Venue information, photos, and details are provided by partners and subject to their own intellectual property rights.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Availability: Venue availability subject to capacity, events, and external circumstances

Limitation of Liability: Wildin's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, venue closures, technical failures).

User Safety: While we implement safety features, users are responsible for their own safety and must use common sense when meeting others.

11. Account Termination

Account termination can occur voluntarily or due to policy violations:

  • Delete account anytime through app settings
  • Outstanding bookings must be honored or cancelled
  • Refunds processed according to cancellation policy

Termination for Cause

  • Community standard violations
  • Multiple no-shows or booking violations
  • Fraudulent activity or fake profiles
  • Harassment or safety violations

Immediate Termination: Serious violations (threats, illegal activity, severe harassment) result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

Appeal Process: Terminated users may appeal decisions within 30 days by contacting support with relevant evidence.

Effect of Termination: Loss of access to platform, forfeiture of unused credits, and cancellation of pending bookings. Outstanding penalties remain due.

12. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently:
